Community Engagement

Volunteers

We need your help!

WELCOME!  Volunteering offers a vital way to improve our sense of community and worthwhile causes. The benefits can be even greater for you; volunteering can help you reduce stress, keep you mentally stimulated, and provide a sense of purpose. Volunteering does not have to involve a long-term commitment or take a huge amount of time out of your busy day.

Giving in even simple ways can help. We want you to be part of implementing and improving our mission to serve our neighbors.

More Info

The Pine Bush provides hundreds of volunteers and partners with rewarding opportunities for hands-on conservation work. Volunteer researchers help monitor rare species and study habitat quality. Through boundary posting, trail clearing and marking, habitat restoration and interpretive projects, volunteers are also working to make the Preserve safe and enjoyable for all who visit and live here.
