It is Invasive Species Awareness Week in New York State. Have you ever wondered what invasive species may be lurking in the Albany Pine Bush? Before hitting the trails on June 12th, 2021, stop by the Invasive Species Table at the Karner Barrens Trailhead (#1) to learn about the invasive species that are threatening the Pine Bush ecosystem. Live samples and models will be on display, along with educational materials for you to take home. A Capital Region Partnership for Regional Invasive Species Management representative will be available to answer all your questions!

Please keep in mind that one party will be able to approach at a time. Please have a mask with you for instances when social distancing is not possible.
